Leads the two verticals at ARCHELONS, serving majorly Middle East and Indian clients. She is an enthusiastic professional with 8 years of hands-on recruitment experience in executive search, with an extensive experience in Head-Hunting, Sourcing, Recruitment and Selection.

Madhvi Aggarwal (Head, IT Recruitment)
Leads the IT domain hiring for Software Services & IT Product development companies. She has an experience of over 7 years in Recruitments & Consulting and has been previously associated with organizations like Quadrangle Search ( division of Naukri.com). She holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics (Hons) from Delhi University and Masters in HR & OD ( MHROD ) from Delhi School of Economics.

Vijay has completed his masters in Business Administration and hold a bachelor degree in commerce from Delhi University.
