Sushil Kumar Jain (SK Jain) has been Vice-President with RICO Industries since 1998. RICO Auto consolidated turnover is over US$ 285 Million (Rs 1100 Crore) with  integrated services include design, development, tooling, casting, machining and assembly across ferrous and aluminum products. Prior to this he was Head of Profit-Center at UML with a challenge to convert a loss making company to profitable unit. He led the challenge and accomplished the task within 2 years. Earlier in his career, SK Jain worked with LML, Indian Sugar and ABC Consultants in various middle management positions. He holds an M.Tech. from the IIT Delhi (1977) and a B.Tech. from BITS Pilani (1972).

Rajender Singh, currently on Board of Advisors is a Technology Visionary & Strategist specializing in Wireless Networks. He has been actively associated with Linkquest Telecom. Prior to this, he has worked with Aperto Networks, AirSpan and Marconi. He has actively played the role of establishing APAC footprints for multiple companies in wireless domain. Raj is B.Tech. (1991) from Nagpur University and has more than 20 years of Telecom Experience.

He posses about 22+ years of rigorous, qualitative experience having been associated with leading oil exploring companies. He has experience in Amphion based system, cyber base, directional drilling, under balanced drilling, HPHT wells, down hole problems, troubleshooting, handling exploration, development, completion, work over and wire line activities, top drives, Pipe Deck Machine, Iron Roughneck, Pipe Conveyor, Star Racker & other equipments.

Baljit Singh Malik,has 32 years of extensive experience as a financial executive with a focus on financing management. His experience includes payroll management, international trade, banking including working capital and term loan arrangements, treasury functions, foreign exchange management, RBI and FEMA matters, Financial Feasibility Analysis and taking up new projects, designing and implementing Budgeting and Management Information System, internal and statutory audits, compliance with various laws including Companies Act, Income Tax, TDS, FBT, Withhoding Tax, VAT etc. He is a qualified CA and served as Director Finance at Delsoft (now Atrenta).
